From purchase order to disposal.

Cadra creates the asset record as soon as the PO is raised. Delivery, tagging, moves, repairs and retirement are then added to that same record, with approvals where you require them.

Print the tag when the goods arrive.

The barcode station sits at the receiving desk. Staff scan the delivery against the purchase order, print a barcode and QR label, and stick it on the item. From then on, one scan brings up the asset's full record.

Staff report problems on WhatsApp or email. Cadra logs them.

Cadra reads each message, matches it to an asset and a room, opens a ticket with an SLA and replies in the same thread. If the match is uncertain, it asks the sender instead of guessing.
